Windows portable build fixed

The portable Windows build no longer opens to a blank page; it is now a self-contained executable with an embedded interface and a multilingual README.

A quick Windows-only follow-up to 1.0.0.

  • Fixed: the portable .exe opened to a blank page because it tried to load its interface from a local development address. The interface is now embedded in the executable.
  • The portable build is a separate, self-contained binary (no installer, no registry entries) and the zip ships with a README in English, Japanese and German.
  • The portable build still checks for updates and lets you know when a new version is out; installed builds update in place.

Since July 16, Windows users can also install FlickrVault from the Microsoft Store, where it is listed as Photo Vault. The macOS build is unchanged at 1.0.0.
